Micro Surfacing is a cold applied process, yielding a significant reduction in carbon emissions when compared to conventional hot applied asphalt systems (up to 90% reduction). Micro Surfacing can be applied as a single coat and two-coat process capable of regulating carriageway undulations and some delaminated surfaces, requiring minimal patching which in turn lowers costs and reduces disruption to local stakeholders.
EST is equipped with a fleet of specialist Micro Surfacing plant and equipment with highly experienced, multiskilled crews capable of installing materials to an industry leading standard. EST is a Sector Scheme 13 and UKCA accredited installer, conforming to ISO9001 standard, for Micro Surfacing, offering a range of products including Griptex® and our 'bespoke' advanced proprietary product Gripfibre®.
