Thin surface course systems

Roadstone can offer our wide range of BBA/HAPAS approved, Clause 942 and thin surface course systems to suit most road surface applications. All of our production sites are capable of producing hold the designs for our ULM, Fibrovia and Ultraphone systems that can be applied layed by accredited surfacing contractors. These products perform at low thickness levels allowing the minimal volume to meet the desired specification you require. In conjunction with our in-house specifically own designed polymer modified bitumen range, we can adapt these designs to suit most traffic and substrate conditions.

Tempera

Our Tempera range of products systems encompass a wide product portfolio of materials that allows Eurovia to produce suite range with a low temperature alternatives to a number of our product range. The additon of a carefully blended admixture maintains workability at lower temperatures and offers a lower carbon product to meet your sustainability goals

Bitumen selection

We can offer a wide range of bitumen products within the majority of our designs. The standard penetration bitumens are all stocked at our sites to meet the specifications for highway works. For improved performance you can also select from a variety large palate of Polymer Modified bitumen grades. We offer both Plastomeric or Elastomeric options of varying polymerisation, which have all been tested and proven to meet stringent specifications. RediPatch

The RediPatch system is a bagged product that allows contractors to undertake small patch repairs or ironwork reinstatements without the necessity to visit the asphalt plant. The bagged products can be delivered to your depot and installed using a small transportable piece of equipment, used to heat the product. This ensures a well bound compactable finished product.
