I first joined Eurovia in 2000 when my previous company Whitemountain was purchased by the Ringway Group. As Managing Director of Eurovia, I have overall responsibility for the Strategy, Vision and Operational delivery of the Eurovia businesses in the UK, which comprise of EST, our national specialist highway treatments business - Eurovia Surfacing, our national asphalt contracting business - Roadstone, our asphalt manufacturing business plus PolyBitumens, our Polymer Modified Bitumen and Emulsion manufacturing facility.

I have worked for Eurovia since January 2021 and as Eurovia’s Communications and Social Value Manager I provide a link between our businesses and the community, leading our culture of building genuine, long-term partnerships by supporting community projects. Building an ethos that creates lasting social, environmental, and economic value for local communities is an essential part of the services we provide and is rooted into the values of Eurovia. I also ensure Eurovia provides clear, accurate, and comprehensive information to its Stakeholders.

I've worked for Eurovia since 2006 when TE Beach became part of the Ringway Group.

In my role as Business Unit Manager, I am responsible for our National Surfacing Business, from North England, down to the South West and South East for over 20 clients. I lead our strategic vision, to continue to develop our people, delivering safe, quality, innovative and sustainable solutions to meet and exceed our client expectations

Richard has an extensive civil engineering background and has been a business unit leader for over 20 years. Richard has worked for both the Downer Group and Higgins Group. Richard has vast experiences in delivering small to major size projects with values ranging from £1m up to £50m across Construction, Surfacing, Surface Treatments, Maintenance and Aggregates, running projects through both self-performance and sub contract.

Richard is responsible for managing and leading the EST business, which currently includes the delivery of our Surface Dressing, Micro Surfacing (including GripFibre) and Spray Injection Patching self-delivery activities, developing the business as a leading Tier 1 Surface Treatment provider to support sustainable growth.

I joined Eurovia in May 2018 following a career in the building materials sector that began in 1999.  I have managed businesses in New Zealand, Australia and the UK both operationally and commercially. 

The role I hold for Eurovia manages the strategic direction for the Asphalt production facilities, both wholly owned and in our joint venture partnerships.  We have a diverse customer base, with a wide range of product and service needs to be met.  Our business aligns with these needs, searching for the safest, most productive, sustainable and innovative approaches to compete in a busy marketplace. 

I started with Eurovia in July 2018 as the Divisional Manager for our then new state of the art PolyBitumens manufacturing facility where we produce Polymer Modified Bitumen and Bitumen Emulsions. Prior to working for Eurovia, I spent 20 years in the oil & gas industry working for BP in various maintenance and operational roles

Being a new facility, I have been able to develop PolyBitumens into an efficient, customer focused business where it is my ambition to grow PolyBitumens into one of the leading UK producers of Bitumen Emulsions, with Safety, Quality, Innovation and Customer Service at the heart of everything we do.

As Head of HR for Eurovia, my role is to lead on Company processes and drive people management strategies. Working with stakeholders and customers, I have a fundamental role in supporting the business culture and overarching responsibility for employee wellbeing and attracting new talent.

I joined Eurovia in 2007 and have over 30 years of operational experience in production, contracting and asphalt technology.

As Technical Director, I am responsible for managing all aspects of technical support across our Eurovia delegation and engaging with our clients to bring new technology, innovation and sustainable solutions to market.

I joined Eurovia in 2021 having responsibility for the Health, Safety, Environment and Wellbeing for all the Businesses within the Eurovia Delegation. This involves developing and monitoring strategy, working closely with all the senior management team to ensure that their businesses achieve the highest safety standards possible.

Having worked within the VINCI Group for over 10 years I have experience in working in several of the business including Ringway, the joint ventures, Taylor Woodrow and Eurovia. This experience have given me great insight to how all group business operate.

As Commercial Director for Eurovia I oversee the overall commercial  governance and risk management. I also have management responsibility for Business Development, Estimating and Procurement functions of the business.

In my role as a Digital Solutions Manager, I am responsible for leading the development and implementation of cutting-edge digital infrastructure and facilitating digital transformation within the organisation. I identify areas of improvement that align with our organisational aspirations and client requirements.
